Box of 12 bottles of Andalusí Organic Witbier type malt beer or Belgian type white beer (4.5% Vol.Alc.)

Made with two types of barley malt, wheat malt, a noble hop variety from the Czech Republic, coriander seeds and bitter orange peel.

Complex golden yellow beer with the classic turbidity of Belgian wheat beers. It has a very white foam, of thickness and medium high persistence. Balanced aromas, among which the memory of banana stands out, which is integrated with green aromas of fresh grass, coriander, raw grain and those provided by yeast.

Complex and intense flavor, where citrus and herbal hops stand out. The entry into the mouth causes a certain dull sensation (slight sweetness). However, the end of the mouth is dry with a bitter touch provided by the orange peel and with a soft finish and a spicy drink. Texture: the sensation in the mouth is creamy, medium body, not heavy but full in the mouth. The aromas of orange and banana appear again in the retronasal and remain with some persistence. Serve between 6th and 9th. Ideal to discover the complexity that spices bring to this type of beer.
