Additionally, we actively participate with SEO/Birdlife in the ‘Olivares Vivos’ project. This project aims to transform olive groves into wildlife refuges, increasing biodiversity and restoring natural balance. Our farm, as an example of biodiversity, demonstrates how agricultural production can be integrated with nature conservation. Each step through the olive grove reveals stories, lessons, and a greener future for all.
Next, you will visit our traditional oil mill, where you’ll have the opportunity to closely observe the process of producing our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). This oil is crafted in an artisanal manner, respecting traditional techniques and ensuring the highest quality in every drop. The extraction and pressing process is carefully carried out, preserving the legacy of previous generations.
To complete this oleotourism experience, we will enjoy a tasting of local artisanal products. Among them, you will taste toasted bread with oil, cheese, honey, cured meats, and wine produced on the estate. Each product reflects the richness and authenticity of our land, giving you a deeper connection with the flavors and traditions of the region.
