Visit to a farm and cheesery is much more than just a simple tour; it’s a unique experience where you can discover rural life and get up close to happy Florida goats, a native breed. These animals live in a privileged natural environment and share their home with other charming animals such as piglets, horses, foals, and even birds of prey that you’ll be able to observe closely!

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be immersed in an authentic rural atmosphere. The day will be centered around nature and animal contact. During this experience, which will take an entire morning, you’ll not only enjoy the peace of the countryside but also have the opportunity to savor a delicious breakfast made with local and natural products. Artisan breads, homemade jams, local honey, and cheeses made with the milk from our own goats are just some of the delights you’ll get to taste.

After recharging with this exquisite breakfast, we’ll begin our visit to a large cheesery. We’ll learn about the art of cheese-making, with expert cheesemakers explaining the process from milking to the aging of the cheese. But that’s not all… you’ll even have the chance to make your own cheese! You’ll become an artisan for the day.

The day continues with a visit to the farm, where you’ll meet our Florida goats, a native breed with a unique history and characteristics. We’ll also tour the facilities where the Iberian pigs, our horses, and other animals live as part of the rural setting. But the visit isn’t over yet—we’ll dive into the fascinating world of birds of prey, with a special workshop where you’ll get to see them up close.

A tasting experience

To end the visit, we’ll enjoy a delicious tasting of cheeses and cured meats, all homemade. You’ll be able to savor the authentic, high-quality flavors of our artisanal products, crafted with care and dedication.
