This historic ensemble allows us to travel back in time and understand how essential products for daily life were made in past centuries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"288\" data-end=\"705\">You will have the chance to see a 19th-century oil mill in operation, featuring granite rollers and a blood mill (animal traction), which now operates with electricity. You will also discover two capacho presses and large jars for oil decanting, key elements in the production of Andalusian &#8216;liquid gold.&#8217; This ethnographic experience offers a firsthand look at the history and evolution of olive oil in our region.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"733\">The experience includes<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"1318\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"804\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"804\">A typical breakfast or snack, depending on the time of your visit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"1037\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"1037\">A walk through our olive grove, where you&#8217;ll learn about the secrets of the olive tree, the fruit, and the organization of a traditional estate.
