What does it mean to be a host?
- You are a professional farmer, cattleman/rancher or craftsperson.
- You invest your time to show your job and products to people interested in that.
- You allow your visitors/guests to immerse themselves in the most authentic rural world.
- You are a small- to medium-size producer. This is not about industrial agriculture and farming, or factories.
- You are responsible in terms of the labor force, non-synthetic products or aditives, the care of the land and also the environment.
- You are a cattleman/rancher/breeder or shepherd of extensive livestock farming, or you have a small farm that ensures the well-being of animals.
- You are an artisan/craftsperson of gastronomical products made from natural, raw materials. You produce on a small scale without the use of artificial additives.
