Guided tour of our mountain pastureland of 100% organic Iberian pig.
We will learn about animal husbandry, seeing the different stages of raising the animal, its natural environment, the differences with intensive farms. Our animals are of Iberian breed bred in purity, selecting slender but resistant animals that can take advantage of all the resources that the farm offers. We raise a maximum of 150 animals per year, which allows us to know almost every one of them.
We will visit the different areas of pastures, meadows, areas of holm oaks and Mediterranean forest where our pigs can feed on acorns and cereals, on pastures, almonds, carobs, figs, olives, … Discovering the fauna and flora living in this area of the south Highlands of Seville.
And of course, at the end, we will do a tasting of our 100% organic Iberian sausages!
