In our visit we explain the origin of viticulture and wine production in the Highland from Ronda, the history of the winery, we walk through the vineyard where we explain the different kinds of grapes from the winery and the different works carried out in the vineyard, then we go to the winery where we dynamically describe the different wine-making processes and finish with the wine tasting accompanied by local products.

Fantástica ruta de la mano de Lorena y Antonio, guía y responsable de Milamores (pequeña empresa colaboradora de GOinsitu), por tres bodegas de la zona de Ronda: La Melonera, Schatz y Gonzalo Beltrán. Gran aprendizaje sobre la apuesta de estas bodegas por la producción ecológica y biodinámica así como por el mantenimiento de variedades locales de uva, siempre innovando y mejorando la calidad de la cosecha.
